During an interview with HipTv, Brain Jotter emotionally recounted the challenges he faced while pursuing his education at the University of Lagos. He revealed that in 2020, he was working in a laundry, earning a modest N15,000 salary. However, by 2021, his income had doubled to N30,000. These earnings were crucial for his survival and progress as a struggling undergraduate.
Not content with his laundry job, Brain Jotter ventured into various other endeavors to make ends meet. He revealed that he dabbled in selling insecticide and doughnuts to support his schooling. His innovative spirit and determination propelled him to explore multiple income streams while pursuing his education.
His early years at the University of Lagos were marked by his resourcefulness and entrepreneurial spirit. In his first year, he sold doughnuts in class. Subsequently, in his second year, he took to selling bedbug killer within the university premises. Reflecting on his journey, he candidly shared, “In my first year, I sold doughnuts in class. In the second year, I sold bedbug killer at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), and in my third year, I drove to school.”
